The Red Cross was in the building today to take blood. I hate needles but it gets easier every time.
Hi, I work for the Red Cross and just wanted to say thanks for being a blood donor! It is pretty hard to get over the needle part, but we really appreciate donors like you who give regularly. :) Gloria

And what is the alcohol content?
I would not give blood that had valuable alcohol content in it.
