We have a couple weekends open after all the traveling and before a bunch of other stuff happening in mid and late August and last weekend was the first. The boys did go to a Washington Nationals Season Ticket Holder appreciation day with a teacher at nats park but the whole event did not go off well this year and they were home in a few hours without meeting any players or running around on the field. They were disappointed. We were also expecting some friends on Saturday but that's didn't work out either so they were bummed because they like company.
We had some a good lazy Sunday with a trip to the pool and some Olympics but no pictures to add to this blog. We are hosting our first sleep over on Friday with a couple of their friends spending the night and doing who know what. I guess I need to lock the liquor cabinet and block the bad websites.
