I was at a concert a few weeks ago where the headliner was an equally unlikely band (Matchbox Twenty) and they were using very similar screens -- four curtains that could be raised up and moved around.
The coolest part, IMO, is that they're sparse enough to be "transparent" when the pixels are dark. The band had a second, much higher-res screen projected on the back of the stage and it showed through the dark parts of the curtain screens... they used this to great effect.
